​​In-Network vs. Out-of-Network Explained
In-Network means your therapist has a contract with your insurance company to provide services at an agreed-upon rate. If you're using in-network benefits, your costs (copays, deductibles) are typically lower and more predictable.

Out-of-Network means your therapist does not have a contract with your insurance company. However, many insurance plans still offer reimbursement for out-of-network providers. You pay the full session fee up front, and may be reimbursed a percentage of the cost by your insurance after meeting your deductible.

Private Pay & Sliding Scale Options
Counseling services are available on a private-pay basis at the following rates:

60 min individual session = $120
45 min individual session = $90
30 min individual session = $60
